All items purchased from IJZ Boutique are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect for your items.
You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2-business day mark.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
IJZ Boutique will not consider a size issue as a manufacture defect.
No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.
All Purchases made with store credit cannot be returned.
Exchanges for defective merchandise instructions.
1) Please email us at ijzboutique@outlook.com with your order# and the style that has the Manufacture defect.
2) Within the email you must send us a Picture of the Manufacture Defect.
3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange, IJZ Boutique reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the Item is not a Manufacture Defect.
4) Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping.
5) After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exemptions will be made.
You will receive an email with your exchange I.D. number once your exchange has been authorized. All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to ijzboutique@outlook.com In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be exchanged. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package.
